Mr. Harvey is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Air Eye Drone, Inc. “AED” , the First Air Drone Based Security Platform dedicated to Educational Facilities in the United States.

Prior to AED, Mr. Harvey was the Co-Founder and CEO of Pro Players Network (“PPN”), the First ‘TV Network’ 50% owned by every living current and retired NFL, NBA and WNBA Player, airing its Original programming Exclusively on Facebook. PPN generated over 3.5 million worldwide views of its original programming.

Prior to Launching PPN, Mr. Harvey, was a direct report to the President of Programming for BET Networks, responsible for all matters related to business development, strategic planning and financial engineering for the Original Programming and Acquisition Unit’s of BET Network.

Mr. Harvey joined BET Networks after a 25 Year Corporate Banking Career, being a Senior Banker specializing in Loan Structuring / Relationship Management, at Comerica Bank, Sumitomo Bank, Lloyd’s Bank and Union Bank.

Mr. Harvey crafted Comerica Bank’s first professional Sports finance Credit Policy and was the bank’s Senior Banker to MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and MLS Teams and Stadiums. He grew Comerica’s professional sports banking and finance efforts from zero, into one of the largest and most respected in the US.

Mr. Harvey started his Professional Career in 1986, immediately after graduate school and passing Series 7 exams, with Citicorp Investment Bank in Wall Street district NY.

A Humanitarian as well as an Entrepreneur, Mr. Harvey, along with NFL Legend Jim Brown, Founded “The Playground”, an innovative inner-city retail concept shortly after the 1992 LA riots. He opened two stores, one on Florence Avenue (5 blocks from the Florence Avenue Rodney King flashpoint of the LA Riots) in south central Los Angeles and the other in Compton. At that time, The Playground was the first and only African-American authorized dealer of Nike and Reebok in Los Angeles. He built a large playground next to the Florence store, boasting basketball courts and kid-owned-and-operated concession stands where disadvantaged kids learned how to run a business. The Playground hosted visits and a press conference from President Bill Clinton and Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown.

A third generation Los Angeleno, Mr. Harvey received an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in Development Studies and a Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from UCLA.

In 1998, Mr. Harvey was appointed by Bishop Gordon Bennett, S.J. as a member of Loyola High School’s Inaugural Board of Regents. Loyola is the oldest all-boys school in Los Angeles. During his 14 years as serving as a High School Regent, Mr. Harvey’s work on the Board of Regents was material and critical toward tripling the number of African American Students then currently enrolled at Loyola High School. Mr. Harvey was named a Cahalan Award recipient, the highest award Loyola bestows upon its Alumni.

Since 2012, Mr. Harvey has been a Director on the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Board, currently serving on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Audit Committee.
